A consulting firm is looking for a Content Strategist to join their UX team. This is full-time opportunity that starts in August 2021.

The Content Strategist will be a passionate, energetic and collaborative member of our team who will play a critical role in understanding and synthesizing user- and data-driven insights along with our client’s business goals in order to set the organizations written and graphic content vision and strategy.

The Content Strategist will work with clients to help them understand content strategy at large and as it relates to their particular project.

REQUIREMENTS:
+ 5+ years of relevant experience
+ Bachelor's or master's degree in a design-related field is a plus
+ Strong understanding of design principles and methodology in the realm of experience and service design
+ Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Qualtrics, Adobe Analytics (or other data tools), Figma a plus
+ Ability and passion for writing compelling content that resonates emotionally with people
+ Experience in healthcare is a plus
+ Strong communication skills
+ Consultative approach


RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Make content design recommendations that will improve the experience and follow best practices in order to achieve user and business objectives
+ Help bring the power of the written word and brand storytelling to life
+ Develop organizing design principles as well as overall information architecture design, content mapping, flows, hierarchies, taxonomies, labeling, metadata frameworks, etc.
+ Help lead and participate in user research activities and help find and articulate actionable user insights to guide strategy
+ Help the team understand complex data and articulate actionable insights that will help in our understanding of existing situations and areas of opportunity
+ Perform competitive content reviews as well as audits to existing content (including its overarching architecture and organization as well the written, audio, visual, and other content types themselves)
+ Ensure proper SEO strategies are properly devised and executed as it relates to content planning
+ Understand and navigate CMS and other technical implications, and assist with the technical integration of content
+ Establish content guidelines and specifications in order to maintain quality and consistency
