Are you excited by the fast-pace nature of retail? Want to work on a marketing team that plays a key part in the business?

Our retail client has an exciting opportunity for a freelance Project Coordinator! This role is WFH During COVID-19 and will be around 20 hours per week for about 10 weeks. This role does have the potential to extend for the right fit.

The Project Coordinator must have at least 1+ year of experience, have a strong attention to detail and able to work with cross-functional teams.

The Project Coordinator will be working on the following:

- Managing projects and timelines for marketing/ creative needs for the team
- Tracking projects the projects in the project management software
- Handling creative briefs and making edits as needed
- Proofreading marketing materials from the creative team
- Building relationships with a variety of departments including creative, legal and more.

Program Requirements:
- Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Experience with any project management software is a big bonus!
