Looking to work with a fun in-house agency in retail?

Our client, is looking for an eager Traffic Coordinator to join their team! This role will be WFH During COVID-19, but will be ONSITE when deemed safe.

For this role, the Traffic Coordinator must have at least 2+ years' experience, a Bachelor's degree and experience in an advertising agency or in-house agency is required.

The Traffic Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

- Communicating with the creative and in-house team about project timelines, kick-offs and recaps.
- Routing and uploading assets into Workfront
- Managing schedules and creative review calendars
- Working with the Project Managers on gathering assets and approvals
- Managing smaller projects from start to finish
- Coordinating with the creative and production team on project flows and gathering final deliverables
- Working with vendors and agencies as needed
- Working to resolve issues on projects
- Helping support the project management team in other tasks as assigned

Program Requirements:
- Workfront or another Project Management software
- Microsoft Office
