Our global media client is looking for a Digital Designer to join their ecommerce team! This REMOTE, freelance assignment starts in July for 12-18 months, 40 hours per week. There is opportunity for this to move into a permanent role at the conclusion of the contract.

The Digital Designer will work closely with the product design team and will be tasked with the concept and creation of design and illustration elements for use on the client's ecommerce platform.

We're looking for a Digital Designer with strong ecommerce experience, hand-sketching illustration and strong overall digital design skills to work with the client's product and UX design team on the creative execution of online shopping experiences.

Digital eCommerce Designer Requirements
- 2+ years' professional design experience
- Web and digital design skills
- Ecommerce design for ecommerce platforms
- Animation skills a plus

Digital eCommerce Designer Responsibilities
• Work with product designers to define the creative vision
• Generate quick sketches to high-quality, original web concepts
• Create detailed illustrative renditions and visual effects to read well on desktop and mobile devices
• Work within different stylistic boundaries as part of the brand guidelines
