Our financial client in the Uptown Dallas area is growing their team by bringing on a full-time Marketing Coordinator who will be focused on managing and growing their social media presence. This role is WFH during COVID but will ultimately require work in their uptown Dallas office.

As the Marketing Coordinator you will focus on:
1. Social Media Community Building: Increase presence online through smart and focused attention on both our brand and key team members’ followings.

2. Content Optimization: Expand the reach and effectiveness of the company's content by finding creative and compelling ways to promote and distribute content across LinkedIn and Twitter.

3. Team Support : As a small team in a startup environment, everyone needs to be able to flex and support where needed.

Main Tasks:
- Manage brand social media accounts as well as executive team's accounts
- Develop and create content in line with each account voice and persona
- Research audience preferences and discover current trends
- Use Adobe Creative Suite & Canva to create some visual assets when needed
- Assist with the production and promotion of engaging content
- Help design posts to sustain investor curiosity and create interest around the ETFs
- Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends and features in social media platforms and bring forth ideas to stay competitive
- Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and investor engagement metrics
- Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly reports on social media key performance metrics and deliver insights that outline any recommendations and necessary changes to the social media marketing plan

- 2+ years professional experience in Social Media (Working within Hubspot & WordPress a plus!)
- BS degree in Marketing, New media or relevant field
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator)
- Experience with Canva a plus!
- Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
- Experience in tech/start up a huge plus!
