Our medical / pharmaceutical marketing client in North Dallas is looking for a Copy Editor with strong proofreading skills! This contract-to-hire assignment will be a 40 hour commitment for three months with the expectation of moving into a permanent position after the initial three month period.
This position will be remote until COVID restrictions are lifted after which time this role will be fully onsite.
Experience editing copy for a pharmaceutical or healthcare client, and / or understanding of pharmaceutical marketing MLR (medical, legal, regulatory) review process, and / or proficiency in AMA Style puts your name at the top of the list.
Medical Copy Editor Responsibilities
• Edit emails, web content, storyboards, presentation decks and more for pharmaceutical agencies and clients
• Proofread content for correct grammar, punctuation, spelling, usage, clarity and consistency
• Ensure copy aligns with client's voice, vocabulary and brand
• Provide feedback regarding MLR requirements
• Actively participate in internal / external meetings
• Work with project management team; manage multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines; and track projects in Workfront
