Senior Graphic Designer - Fully Remote/Off-site

Our client in the B2B training space, has a need for a Senior Graphic Designer! This role will be REMOTE and around 40 hours per week.
The Senior Graphic Designer must have at least 5+ years' experience, the ability to work collaboratively with a small team and be able to help guide the organization on creative projects.
In this role, the Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for the following:
- Building robust guides and manuals that range from 30-60 pages each.
- Leading the design direction on the guides to really garner the participants engagement
- Creating new PowerPoint decks for training classes
- Working with other creative talent like copywriters and illustrators to incorporate their materials into the manuals
- Handling production changes to already created materials
- Making assets that can be retooled for multiple programs
- Bring trends in the training space to the team and helping bring those into the courses
Technical Requirements:
- Adobe Creative Suite
- PowerPoint
- Microsoft Office
