Our client, a healthcare technology corporation, is looking for a REMOTE Training Facilitator to join the team (40 hours per week) for at least 6 months with the potential to extend further for the right fit.

MUST HAVE SALES ENABLEMENT TRAINING EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED.

This role is currently OFFSITE due to COVID-19, but will be ONSITE in Irving once it is deemed safe to go back. The ideal Instructional/ Training Facilitator has worked in B2B environments in the past.

The Instructional/ Training Facilitator will have the unique opportunity to sit on the marketing team, and will be responsible for:

- Working with SME's and internal stakeholders to gather information and content to build training materials and programs
- Developing edits to existing modules and creating new product training modules
- Collaborating with the internal creative and content teams to execute on the training materials needed (sales guides, product guides, FAQ's, etc.)
- Executing training programs and product demonstrations on WebEx
- Ensuring that all brand messaging is accurate and easily translatable for the sales team
- Managing the training calendar and the content programs
- Managing the training product materials library
- Reviewing course participation and gathering feedback to make improvements

Technical Requirements:
- Microsoft Office
- WebEx
- Any experience in making small edits in Adobe is a big plus!
