Our digital marketing client in Frisco is looking for a Paid Search Manager! This is a direct-hire FULL-TIME opportunity that is remote until COVID restrictions lift, with quarterly onsite meetings in the meantime.

The Paid Search Manager manages internal paid search and display advertising campaigns to generate and qualify leads for the company's clients in a few key industries.

He or she thrives on driving results, runs successful ROI-focused online marketing campaigns (especially in Google and Bing), is organized and analytical and is focused on lead volume and efficiency targets to meet company goals.

Paid Search Manager Requirements
• 3+ years' paid digital marketing experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
• In-depth understanding of CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROI/ROAS
• Experience with web analytics such as Google Analytics
• Online testing techniques (i.e. A/B and multivariate testing)
• Understanding of email and social media advertising
• Knowledge of online marketing best practices for web design and conversion

Paid Search Manager Responsibilities
• Manage and mentor team of PPC Marketing Analysts
• Create, manage, continually optimize paid search, display and related online ad campaigns with large budgets
• Manage bids, optimize placement, research / expand keywords, monitor and enhance quality scores, test ad copy and create new campaigns
• Contribute test ideas, execute test strategies, analyze test data and document test results
• Analyze KPIs daily, weekly and monthly to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
• Identify, test and evaluate new online media opportunities
• Work with leadership to implement overall PPC strategies
• Collaborate with sales, client services, creative and IT to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing activities
