Our agency client is looking for a Full Time Associate Media Director with strong digital media insight!

This role does have work from home flexibility during COVID, but will require some ONSITE work in Fort Worth once things are deemed safe.

The ideal Associate Digital Media Director has 9+ years of experience, the ability to lead a team within a department but also get hands-on with research when needed. We're looking for someone who can contribute strategically, while ensuring the clients' budgets are being managed accurately. The Associate Media Director position is a client facing role.

The Associate Digital Media Director will join a team that continues to see growth and will be responsible for the following:
- Providing guidance and consulting on digital media for multiple large agency clients.
- Ensuring that all facets of the campaign flows together from research gathered, to planning, to creating strategy to execution and reporting.
- Ensuring that new digital media trends are being brought to the agencies clients
- Managing a team and handling performance matters and mentoring
- Selling in more digital media opportunities to current clients
- Participating and leading client presentations in terms of media strategy
- Collaborating with other teams within the agency liked project management, account strategy and technology.
- Managing media budgets and providing recaps and summaries for internal teams and clients
- Managing outside media vendors and ensuring the relationship is sound

Technical Requirements:
- Trade Desk
- Strong experience within paid social and the constraints of buying for social
- Programmatic media
- Experience buying for Hulu and Pandora
- Ad Server experience in either DoubleClick, Atlas or Sizmek
- Microsoft Office
