Our client, a marketing technology company, is looking to add to a Client Partnerships Manager to their rapidly growing team! This is a full-time opportunity with to work with big-name clients!
The ideal Client Partnerships Manager has 3+ years of account management experience (preferably in an agency environment) and experience working with clients/internal teams to execute campaigns across media, digital, content, and influencer marketing.
Responsibilities Include:
- managing the client on-boarding process to ensure timely, effective and accurate campaigns are executed.
- conducting kickoff, post-sale and client meetings to execute campaigns.
- working with internal stakeholders to align around campaign execution and client requirements
- act as the Voice of sales- internal ambassador/ advocate post-sale for the sales channel.
- collecting and delivering data/reports to clients and managing the renewal process for campaigns
- gathering key insight on opportunities to help up-sell business
-maintaining client relationships and identifying growth opportunities across the brand and/or agency
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- 3+ years Account Executive/Management experience
