Our beauty client in North Dallas is looking for an E-Commerce Product Manager!
Until COVID restrictions are lifted further, this role requires two days in the office and three days WFH.
The E-Commerce Product Manager will provide a fresh set of eyes and high level of expertise to develop and drive the company's growing e-commerce strategy with the goal of increasing conversion rates.
The E-Commerce Product Manager MUST have relevant e-commerce strategy and implementation experience within the last 5+ years.
E-Commerce Product Manager Responsibilities
- Perform competitor research and ongoing audits of e-commerce funnels (social, web, email, PPC, etc.)
- Analyze results of audits and research and recommend improvements to increase conversion rates
- Improve user experience through 1) analysis of provided customer requirements/requests, 2) development of user cases and user test materials 3) management of monthly product releases
- Document business plans and design strategies; facilitate approval from senior management
- Design interaction diagrams of ecommerce journey
- Ensure on-time delivery of digital product releases, preparation of and adherence to project schedule
- Approve final ecommerce product delivery
- Analyze effectiveness of all new features on products
- Assist with project financial reviews, analysis of business metrics, market research, ecommerce usability tests and communications plans / status reports
- Collaborate with IT, QA, marketing, creative, etc.
