CRM Specialist - WFH during Covid-19

Our client, a retailer in the Irving area, has a need for an CRM Specialist with a strong background in building loyalty with consumers! This 40 hours a week role will start around the middle of October. This role will be REMOTE until 2021 and continue at least through March of 2021 with the potential for extension or even full-time conversion.

The ideal CRM Specialist has at least 3+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and experience with reward/loyalty programs is required.

In this role, the CRM Specialist will be responsible for the following:
- Setting up offers and promotions in the internal system (training will be provided)
- Working cross-functionally with IT, customer care and store operations to ensure promotions are being done correctly.
- QA'ing promotions in the system
- Handling project management aspects for internal rollouts for the rewards program
- Helping evaluate customer experience in terms of promotions and rewards through the mobile application, website and email channels.
