Social Media Manager - Hybrid

Our client in the financial space is growing their social presence, hiring a Social Media Manager full time, this fall. You'll work in a hybrid capacity, 3 days onsite beginning in mid-November.

As Social Media Manager, you'll closely work with Marketing and Creative to develop strategies and execute paid and organic campaigns across: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn. Approximately 50/50 split in paid versus organic marketing.

In this role, you will:
- partner with copy and design teams to draft creative briefs for supporting assets and collaborate on campaign vision
- execute posts, monitor performance and interact with audiences when necessary
- ensure brand standards are met and there's cohesion across all channels
- work with internal teams, SME and Thought Leaders to share topics and suggest posts for engagement in personal profiles

The ideal Social Media Manager has 5+ years' experience working across paid and organic social, along with:
- the ability to develop strategy and maintain hands-on execution and optimization
- knowledge of major social channels, Sprout Social and Google Analytics and Google Adwords
- excellent attention to detail and the ability to finesse and write captions or content when needed
- a thorough understanding of social best practices (creative, content, timing and more) for major platforms
