Our digital agency client is seeking thinkers, do-ers, innovators, and visionaries at various levels to join their Experience Strategy team. Candidates with human-centered design experience - this is for you!

Client is seeking strategists at three different levels:
- Experience Strategist (1-3 years)
- Senior Experience Strategist (3-5 years)
- Assoc. Director Experience Strategy (7+ years & Mgmt)

These are fully remote, Direct-Hire Opportunities! You must be 1 hour from an agency office location to possibly go in (minimally) once safe to do so.

The Experience Strategy team member should understand consumers, consumer behavior, as well as understanding the industry and competitive landscape of connected brands.

Responsibilities will vary based on experience, but essentially, the Experience Strategist would:
- Own the overall relationship with client partners
- Work with various internal and external teams including Analytics, UX/UI/Product, Consumer Insights, Client Engagement, and Experience Design
- Understand the needs of today, and strategically look to the future for the digital and physical platforms
- Monitor and interpret cultural and social trends relevant to the client’s business
- Help to craft consumer journeys and insights
- Consult with client on revenue models and approach to pricing
- Partner with the analytics team to analyze and test experiences and features

Ideal Experience Strategists Requirements by Level:
Associate Director:
- Versatility in their ability to manage relationships between agency internal and external; ability to prioritize asks and projects
- Can see beyond the tactical; dig deep to find key insights or nuggets to inspire and hit KPIs
- Excellent communicator
- Drive to stay relevant / learning new technology and constantly want to improve knowledge / development

Senior Experience Strategist:
- Boasts Human Centered Design practical experience
- Ability to develop an actionable strategy, including seeing strategy through delivery
- Experience with full customer experience and journey
- Automotive experience a huge plus!
