Our client, a family-owned coffee company located in Rhode Island, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team full-time.

This is a direct hire position, 4 days onsite with 1 WFH day to start. Once onboarded there will be more flex available for remote work.

As the Digital Marketing Manger you will report directly to the Vice President and work cross departmentally with marketing and sales. This is a brand new role for the organization with ample opportunity to help grow the business in the B2C space.

Responsibilities Include:
- Improve consumer experience and increase traffic/sales to website
- Oversee content management
- Develop strategy for email automation and social media campaigns; execute against outlined strategy
- Collect results and data to measure performance and make edits accordingly
- Competitor analysis and market research to make recommendations on existing campaign strategies

The IDEAL Digital Marketing Manger will have:
- 4+ years of digital marketing experience
- Background in B2C space
- Experience working in eComm required
- Working knowledge of Squarespace, Shopify, Social Media Platforms and Mailchimp (or similar) preferred
