Our client in the education space is hiring for a Jr. Project Coordinator to join their team.

This will be remote 2 days per week, onsite Tues-Thursday.

*Must have a bachelor's degree.*

As a Jr. Project Coordinator you will be working with the Chief Brand Officer on:
- Special projects
- Creating follow-up and status reports
- Establish project management systems and communication channels involving all levels of staff.
- Create and design presentations and reports
- Schedule, coordinate, and attend in person and virtual meetings and take detailed notes.
- Build relationships with the brand team

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing and/or administrative role
- Presentation/PowerPoint samples
- Previous experience providing executive-level support or project coordination.
- Ability with crafting correspondence and handling sensitive information.
- Proficient knowledge and experience with Zoom and Outlook, and Google platforms (Docs, sheets, slides, forms, sites, etc).
- Experience with Wrike preferred.

* This position is required to be on-site on a routine basis and some evenings and weekends are required. Some work from home is available but dependent on the projects and scheduled meetings.*
