Our client is hiring for a eLearning Developer / Content Producer to join their team full-time!

This will be fully remote, with a team that is growing and has a wonderful culture.

What you will be doing as an eLearning Developer / Content Producer:
- Design and write effective learning content, aligned to the internal ELPAR model
- Work with vendors and part-own course production processes
- Provide hands-on course development, using PowerPoint and advanced skills in Storyline development (and other tools - e.g. Rise), to supplement vendor capacity and carry out final tweaks and enhancements to modules built out-of-house
- Develop initial templates and proofs-of-concept which vendors can then pick up and scale
- Provide production support, including creating graphic design assets, editing videos and producing high-quality AI simulation content
- Provide capacity for fast response to course adjustments and other ad hoc development and production tasks across the Product team

What you need to know as an eLearning Developer / Content Producer:
- A bachelors degree
- 3+ years of experience
- Excellent visual design / production skills; experience with light-touch video editing and Adobe Creative Suite, preferred
- Familiar with adult learning theories and corporate learning trends
- Excellent research, content development and writing skills
- Advanced skills in learning development tools, including Articulate Storyline
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage own tasks

- Proven portfolio of work
