Our global real estate client is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team onsite 40 hours a week starting Early July through Mid December.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
- Working with stakeholders and design team to put together external client marketing plans and collateral including:brochures, email campaigns, website, signage, presentations
- Partnering with stakeholders to provide ideas and create brand stories
- Partnering with design team to visually express marketing plan / goals
- Content creation and short form copywriting for marketing deliverables

The ideal Marketing Manager will have:
- Marketing background who will come with ideas
- Strong project management experience
- Light copywriting experience
- Industry experience: B2B, Commercial Real Estate, Agency, Professional Services, Architecture
- Light design experience or design eye for partnering with design team
- Bonus: Workfront, able to make tweaks in InDesign to avoid bottleneck with design team
