Our ecommerce client is hiring a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join their growing team. This role has a lot of growth potential!

This has a very flexible remote/hybrid schedule. You will train onsite for 30-60 days, then can be primarily remote beyond occasional onsite meetings and events.

What you will be doing as a Marketing Coordinator:
- Coordinate marketing & sales initiatives throughout the year including social media, product launch, point-of-purchase displays, PR, email and field marketing
- Manage the company?s LinkedIn account and platform, creating high quality, original content and engaging on all posts created while overseeing the strategy for the company ensuring it aligns with the company's brand and corporate image
- Administer all facets of project management, including documentation of project scope, objectives, deliverables, key milestones and timelines, working collaboratively with internal teams to make sure projects are completed on time and on budget
- Manage day-to-day client relationships by serving as the point of contact between departments, internal teams and external vendors for projects
- Effectively manage multiple marketing projects including print and digital-based, with attention to detail, accuracy and deadlines
- Employ decision-making abilities around investment and project alternatives to mitigate risk, anticipate possible problems or roadblocks
- Analyze campaign and project results to create and provide reporting to key stakeholders
- Establish and maintain consistent brand image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, digital, events and all brand communication
- Assist with quality assurance, proofreading materials to ensure accuracy (spelling, product info, pricing, etc.)

What you need to know:
- Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- 1 year of experience in B2B/product marketing
- 2+ years in a marketing project management position
- Project management tools such as Workamajig, Workfront or similar
- Experience with retail / ecommerce preferred
- Experience working directly with a creative team in-house or agency
- LinkedIn platform management experience
