Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their lean and growing team full time in Phoenix.

This position is onsite at their office in Phoenix, Tuesday-Thursday, you are able to work from home on Monday and Friday.

What you will be doing as a Marketing Manager:
-Develop integrated marketing campaigns, from brief and ideation to content creation to execution, with a focus on project management and digital-forward strategies that meet business objectives.
-Assist in the planning and implementation of omni-channel, consumer insight-led marketing initiatives to improve customer engagement, differentiate the brand, and drive sales.
-Collaborate with internal teams to maintain alignment within all integrated marketing channels to improve business outcomes.
-Contribute to marketing content development and execution working with internal teams, external agency and digital media partners.
-Work closely with analytics team to track and optimize campaign progress and find new areas of opportunity based on best practices and shared learnings.
-Document and analyze progress and findings on the success of integrated programs.
-Support integrated marketing plans that mesh with new customer acquisition, retention and win back initiatives.

What you need to know as a Marketing Manager:
-3-5 years executing integrated marketing plans and B2C marketing communications experience
-BA/BS degree in marketing or business related field
-Working knowledge of digital media and demand generation channels (digital marketing, digital media, SEO, display advertising, paid social, video advertising, media planning, web and marketing analytics)
-Proven track record of successfully working on omni-channel and integrated marketing programs that align with brand initiatives
-The ability to adapt and work creatively with limited resources, budgets, and tight timelines
-Knowledge of test and learn marketing programs
-Solution-oriented with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
