Our client, a full-service design agency north of Boston that specializes in consumer packaged goods, is looking for a Project Manager to join their team. Previous CPG experience is a huge bonus!!!

As the Project Manager you will manage the flow of work between clients/vendors and the internal production team, as well as interpret and communicate directions, project objectives and maintain smooth communication lines between our internal team and clients. You will partner with other Managers and the Creative team to ensure brand and creative artwork brief compliance.

The Project Manager will thrive at building relationships and develop trust with the team and clients by providing a consistent eye for detail and sound judgment.

Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and executing projects and revisions as appropriate to meet the client and vendor’s requirements
- Engaging with studio management throughout the project life cycle to identify and resolve any issues
- Facilitating and conducting internal QC processes by reviewing and creating file markups, written direction and collaborating with teams until all edits are complete
- Managing project scope, status and resource allocation by creating schedules and maintaining accurate studio assignments
- Facilitating the flow of information on all phases of the project to ensure internal requirements and approvals are met
- Leading team and onsite/client meetings including initial project brief, milestones, production and post project evaluations
- Initiating creative briefs and communicate clear, concise directions

The IDEAL Project Manager will have:
- 2+ years of experience as a Project and/or Traffic Manager/Coordinator
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize with exceptional organizational skills
- Flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced studio handling multiple tasks with tight deadlines is required

This is a direct hire opportunity. You will be required to onboard onsite, but following initial training you will be able to work in hybrid capacity.
