Our client in the healthcare space is searching for a Social Media Manager to hop on a long term assignment with the intent of going full-time. WFH hybrid plan in place!

As Social Media Manager, you'll closely work with marketing and creative teams, utilizing Canva for campaign posting and performance reporting. In this role you will:
- collaborate heavily cross-departmentally to ensure cohesive content across business units / brands
- monitor performance, identifying opportunities / new strategies
- build and publish campaigns for: Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Reddit
- pull reporting, interpreting data to tell stories
- tweak imagery / content when needed / AB test
- maintain social campaign calendars, ensuring teams provide assets on time

The ideal Social Media Manager has a well-rounded background working with complex organizations and is:
- knowledgeable about best practices for posting, captions, creative versioning etc.
- capable of aiding in strategy sessions and making informed suggestions based on reporting / data sets
- informed about the nuances between platform specs
- comfortable working in Canva to upload, schedule & post
- is highly detail oriented and comfortably serves as last set of eyes before launching creative
- can self manage deadlines and work load, proactively securing all creative required
- comfortable pulling reporting and analyzing engagement metrics / KPI
