Our client, a retail tech company headquartered in Boston, is looking for a freelance Digital Marketing Manager to join their team, with the possibility of going full-time for the right person!

The Digital Marketing Manager will have an important role on the Marketing Team and will help to execute demand generation campaigns through paid advertising and social media campaigns that generate traffic, engagement and revenue.

Responsibilities include:
- Day to day campaign management of prospecting and retargeting activities in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ad Manager and more
- Designing and executing digital marketing campaigns, leveraging paid search, paid social, display and more
- Execution and optimization of social media strategy
- Work with team to plan and execute brand-focused campaigns focused on awareness
- Manage daily spend against budgets for all campaigns
- Working closely with digital agency on combined approach to SEO and PPC
- Measuring and reporting performance across all digital campaigns

The ideal Digital Marketing Manager will have:
- 4+ years of experience in a digital marketing capacity; B2B experience is preferred
- Experience managing paid and social campaigns
- Experience working within Marketo will be key; with the deep understanding of how all facets of digital marketing relate
- Proven experience setting up campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Facebook ads
- Experience producing and publishing social media assets across Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn

This is a 40 hours per week opportunity for the next few months, but with the intention of going full-time for the right person!

Note: the team is remote for now, but has plans to be in the Boston office once a week eventually.
