Our client, a large nonprofit in Downtown Boston, is looking for a numbers-driven, Community Marketing Manager to join their team!

The Community Marketing Manager will be reporting to the Senior Director of Philanthropy Marketing and will be responsible for developing marketing programs that drive engagement and action within their community.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute marketing plans that lead to community member awareness and engagement
- Develop marketing plans the bring new and repeat members to events, volunteer opportunities and programs
- Own marketing strategy and campaigns that attract, engage and retain community
- Create messaging, positioning that resonates with audience
- Quantify and analyze program outcomes and create reporting that clearly communicates results
- Develop and execute programs that grow digital engagement and conversion (sign ups, forms, etc.)

The ideal Community Marketing Manager will have:
- 4-6 years of marketing or product marketing experience; political, consumer or SaaS experience is very applicable
- Understanding of segment audience marketing
- Ability to develop marketing programs and measure against key insights and data
- A love for numbers and metrics to optimize against

This is a full-time opportunity to join a growing team!

Note: the team is remote at the moment, but they have plans to return to the office 2 days per week in the fall.
