Our client, a well-known retailer headquartered in Boston, is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team through the end of the year, possibly longer!

The Project Coordinator will be joining the Creative Planning team that oversees creative briefs from creation through delivery. You will be tasked with assisting in planning, supporting, tracking and organizing all aspects of creative requests.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Act as primary day-to-day contact for internal creative agency and external agency partners
- Support specific business units project workflow including project prioritization, resource allocation, project timelines and more
- Aid in facilitating the collection and dissemination of marketing materials creative by internal creative agency
- Develop and continually help to manage project timelines
- Effectively communication project status and next steps
- Create and maintain project-reporting database on ongoing basis

The ideal Project Coordinator will have:
- 2+ years of experience in a project management or account management role; ecomm/retail exp a plus!
- Experience managing a high volume of projects

This is a 40 hours per week opportunity through the end of the year, with the potential to extend!

Right now the office is working remotely, but there may be a need to come into the Boston office in a hybrid capacity as things normalize.
