Our client, a major American footwear manufacturer is looking for a Marketing Strategist to join their team for a long-term freelance assignment.

The Marketing Strategist will establish and drive marketing processes to enable the marketing team to develop global marketing stories that are told across all channels.

Responsibilities Include:
- Drives workback calendar and process to manage deliverables for key milestones across the product creation process and go to market.
- Manages the development of seasonal category sell-in and sell-thru toolkits for global product marketing stories
- Liaises with sales and product management to ensure marketing deliverables meets expectations and are delivered on time
- Develops and deploys marketing operations tools to drive team productivity
- Establishes and drives the campaign development process, from briefing to execution, ensuring all marketing teams stay in sync and coordinate on campaign development
- Collects and distributes one voice feedback to creative agencies
- Assist Creative Services with managing internal photo studio, ordering samples and props as needed.
- Assist with brand catalog creation and production
- Sample management for brand photography, marketing, and sales samples, as well as sample seeding for influencer programs

The IDEAL Marketing Strategist will have:
- 4+ years of experience
- Solid written communication skills and demonstrated comfort level with public speaking.
- Solid understanding of global markets
- Proven track record for developing and executing new initiatives.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design a plus

This is a 40hr/wk opportunity, slated to last 5 months. Work will be done primarily offsite, but you must be able and willing to come into the in-house studio as needed (estimating 2-3 days/wk).
