Our client, a leading global provider in the cloud-based software and technology space, is seeking a Content Writer / Email Marketing Specialist - starting immediately!

As the Content Writer / Email Marketing Specialist you will join the small but mighty Content Marketing team and report directly to the Content Marketing Manager. You will work alongside a team of other writers, but your focus will fall solely on email marketing efforts.

As the Content Writer / Email Marketing Specialist you will:
- Convert product messaging into compelling email copy, with custom messages and emails for targeted audience segments to drive conversions across global marketing campaigns
- Manage various prospect, nurturing, upsell and cross-sell email nurture campaigns, including designing the nurture paths, calls-to-action and developing content used in these streams.
- Measure email performance, develop a testing plan and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for various segments to convert leads into customers
- Work closely with Product Marketing team to understand product messaging and
positioning across the entire suite of products and solutions
- Collaborate with Field Marketing team to deliver email content assets globally

The IDEAL Content Writer / Email Marketing Specialist will have:
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Background in the Tech and B2B space, with portfolio/writing samples to prove it!
- Expert in Marketo with understanding of scoring and audience segmentation
- Must be willing to work traditional business hours on a set schedule (no moonlighting!)

This is a 20hr/wk opportunity slated to last 3 months, but could very well turn into a full time opportunity, or at least extend. The company is working remotely until mid-2021 so all work can be done offsite.
