Our client, the world's largest digital agency, is seeking a freelance Marketing Campaign Manager with proven experience working on creative, cross-channel data-driven marketing campaigns to support their team through January 2023 (40 hours / week), with the possibility to extend.

The Marketing Campaign Manager will:

- Plan, design, and implement a variety of campaigns for your industry vertical
- Understand the business and marketing objectives of their aligned area and develop an understanding of the personas and campaign briefs associated with this vertical
- Advise on the most effective campaign strategy and deliver effective, high-impact marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audiences and reinforce and enhance the client's brand both internally and externally
- Execute campaign strategy and see campaigns through to the last mile - from global to local market roll-out
- Set the scope for the campaign and developing the messaging and value proposition
- Manage workflow across teams and departments, consistently meeting deadlines and motivating others to do the same
- Based on the strategic campaign direction, creating tactics with a focus on: digital content creation, sales enablement and internal + external communications
- Track campaign results, analyze them and package them in various reports across the business

The Marketing Campaign Manager must:

- Have at least 5 years of experience at a creative agency or complex, matrixed organization
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project management tools (like is a plus
- Familiarity with Sharepoint and Sharepoint based tools is a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Team is a plus
- Have proven cross-channel data-driven campaign marketing experience
- Have proven experience in developing digital strategies, campaign planning and management, and analyzing campaign data
- Have strong project management skills
- Have the demonstrated ability to communicate and behave in a manner that commands trust and authority from external and internal stakeholders
- Be able to align and move people and organizations into action whereby you have demonstrated an ability to communicate your ideas and plans in ways that build credibility, inspire and align people and motivate action
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to prioritize and switch gears quickly between multiple projects
- Successfully plan and coordinate workflow across teams
- Have previous experience working in teams across time zones
