Our client, a creative communications agency, is looking for a full-time Senior Account Manager to join their team (ideally in a hybrid capacity - 2 days onsite, the rest remote).

The Senior Account Manager will:
-handle day-to-day communications with their clients, address requests / resolve conflicts
-delegate tasks to junior team in a timely, organized manner
-prepare / present account updates and campaign concepts to senior team and clients
-work across lifestyle and culture clients to build strong internal and external relationships (advise on best practices)
-monitor campaign activity, and understand client KPI

The Senior Account Manager has:
-4+ years of experience in account management, across brand strategy and content / creative campaigns
-a passion for communications, influencer marketing / brand strategy, and interest in diversity, equity, and inclusion
-demonstrated time-management skills, and the ability to work independently while using centralized resources
-the ability to work onsite 2 days per week in their NYC office
