Our client, a boutique creative studio, is looking for a full-time Account Manager to join their NY team in a hybrid capacity (you are not required to be onsite unless there are meetings or client events, but client would prefer someone local to the NY area).

The Account Manager will:
-develop / maintain strong client relationships including scoping projects, and execution / delivery
-manage day-to-day communications with multiple clients across several projects
-develop schedules, brief creative teams, and liaise with clients throughout the process (projects range in size from banner ad execution to complex website)
-schedule / lead client meetings and presentations

The Account Manager has:
-4+ years of experience from a creative agency, and experience working across both digital and print projects (at the campaign level)
-strong knowledge of CRM / email campaigns, social media, branding, and visual identity
-strong communication skills, and ability to interface directly with clients
-any work experience in financial services / credit cards, or luxury / hospitality is a plus!
