Our client, a leader in healthcare and medical education, is looking for a Brand Project Producer to join their team.

** Please note, this role will require you to be onsite in the midtown office a few times per month for important meetings and team collaboration. You must be local to the NY tristate area and easily commutable to NYC. You must be fully vaccinated against COVID19 in order to be considered.**

In this role, the Brand Project Producer will be responsible for the initiation, prioritization, and scheduling of design projects, managing them from request and creative brief through delivery. You'll mange the development and project management of creative content and ensure it's aligned with brand, delivered on time and to brief.

Specific responsibilities include:

- Ensures brand guidelines are followed and responds to brand inquiries across internal and external entities; educate stakeholders on brand guidelines
- Managing the execution of branded creative projects including patient-facing, fundraising, academic, and community materials
- Manages requests, project scope, creative briefs, and resources; coordinates timelines; develops project plans; manages deadlines and provides status updates to key stakeholders
- Partners with in-house staff, outside agencies and freelance resources in managing clients promotional and marketing efforts
- Evaluates and hires external design resources and freelancers as needed; determines and procures best resources to deliver against the creative brief and project requirements
- Develops and maintains solid client relationships across departments to understand project needs, allocate appropriate resources and effectively deliver a successful outcome that achieves desired goal
- Coordinates communication, scheduling, cost estimates, feedback mechanisms and next steps between creative resources and all clients/departmental customers
- Develops and manages a creative strategy brief for each project.; reviews strategy brief with external or internal resource or creative team
- Defines, creates and builds a seamless operating process by providing business expertise to improve and manage workflow
- Manages client requests ensuring on-target, on-time, on-budget, and on-brand delivery of designed materials
- Negotiates timelines and budgets ensuring all deadlines are maintained
- Maintains design calendar that includes deadlines and reoccurring projects, monitors weekly allocations, shifts resources/priorities based on changing requirements
- Ensures timely initiation and follow through of projects. Identifies potential roadblocks
- Managing and improving all functions of the online Brand Center that include site enhancements, licensing agreements and platforms, reporting analytics, promoting awareness and management and production of an annual content calendar

Requirements for the Brand Project Producer include:

- 4-5 years of experience managing creative and brand projects in a large organization; exposure to education, healthcare and agency is a plus!
- deep understanding of brand, design and creative projects across digital and print landscape
- comfortable leading projects and giving design and brand feedback
- highly organized, analytical with excellent listening skills
- ability to build brand identity systems
- highly professional, patient and positive; can react with speed and agility while maintaining communication channels
- strong collaboration skills
- proficient in project management platforms such as Workfront and
- knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud platforms, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and Canva as well as Microsoft Suite
