Our client is the largest search engine giant, and they are currently seeking a Global Vertical Manager to join their team.

Top Responsibilities for Global Vertical Manager:
-Be a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry thought leader: Know the CPG industry inside out. Perform large scale data analysis and to identify consumer and business trends. Provide guidance on the path forward to move the industry. Connect with the markets to understand local specificity andopportunities.
-Drive long term enablers & innovation: Enable transformational conversations with clients and partner teams to drive innovation and build long term competitive advantage. Proactively challenge the status quo, leading new ways for strategic thinking, thought leadership and Vertical management.Connect with cross-functional teams/partners working with CPG clients for a unified approach.
-Maximize Global CPG team's impact: Prioritize, drive strategic thinking and focus attention on most important business drivers.Manage cross-functional and vertical leadership team to define the top biggest challenges and opportunities to focus in 2023.Enable the team for success consistently tackling barriers and ensuring support where needed.Promote agility and execute quickly leveraging cross-functional support. Increase effectiveness of the team and tools by recognizing opportunities for development and proactively creating new systems and structures.
-Lead flawless plan activation and global communications: Enablethe vertical team to meet and further exceed the delivery of the Vertical plans byconsistently tackling barriers and ensuring support where needed.Consistently connect with the multi-functional to ensure support. Establishing one streamlined, coordinated, consistent and purposeful CPG voice globally (global to local).

Ideal Qualifications for Global Vertical Manager:
-BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
-10+ years of experience in a top consulting firm or in sales/marketing function of a top global company (CPG preferred) as a Sales Manager, Brand Manager, Digital Media Manager, Senior Project Manager, or CPG Consultant/Advisor.
-Track record of success working on brand building, marketing, sales, operations and transformation projects.
