Event and Project Manager - Freelance

Our client, a nonprofit in the healthcare space is looking for an Event and Project Manager to assist their team part time for about 10-20 hours/ week until end of November.

This role is hybrid onsite for 1/2 or 1 day per week. Ideally Thursdays.

Candidates MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH (Ideally Mexican or Caribbean Spanish)

The Event and Project Manager will:
- Lead project management of two patient summits (1 English and 1 Spanish): Goals, timelines, scheduling, coordination of external resources, review of marketing materials, survey design and oversight of execution, management of external production vendors and post-event video resources.
- Serve as an interface/coordinator with Spanish marketing agency
- Oversee patient ambassador program and 5-6 meetings; identify and secure patients for summit participation
- Manage patient inbox questions English and Spanish (~2 hours/week)
- Manage Spanish social media around time of the Spanish Summit
- Report to Director of Communications and CMO
- Have 3-5 + years of experience
- Must have experience planning events with excellent project management skills
- Must be fluent in Spanish (Ideally Mexican or Caribbean Spanish)
