Our client is the largest search engine giant, and they are currently seeking a Partner Marketing Program Manager to join their team.

As a Partner Marketing Program Manager, you are a fully dedicated marketing leader, shaping the future of our client in North America and part of an entrepreneurial team in a rapidly growing business. You will guide, enable, and accelerate GTM partners in our growing partner ecosystem by supporting critical go-to-market initiatives to support the SMB segment. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and sharing SMB insights that can help inform partner strategy, programs, and offerings. You will test and optimize new marketing programs, and work with partner management teams to build out an effective and scalable ecosystem. Ideally, you would be comfortable incubating a new set of partners and providing consistent marketing support on a few key topics. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting the GTM Partner Marketing Lead on internal stakeholder read-outs.

This role will be hybrid/onsite 2-3 days a week. The team is in New York. The client is requiring COVID-19 vaccination for this position.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
-Own Key demand generation programs; track and measure
-Provide support to our SMB PDMs and align to partners with SMB practice
-Reporting & Analysis for SMB segment

Top Responsibilities for Partner Marketing Program Manager:
-Provide data insights related to the SMB segment to help inform the partner program strategy.
-Create consistent framework for scaled support to incubate new mid-market partners; align closely with Activation Team and Partner Advisor Team.
-Drive demand through partner marketing engagement and programming.
-Own key demand generation programs (Mid-market New Logo Leaderboard, Booster, Kickstart).

Ideal Qualifications for Partner Marketing Program Manager:
-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
-5+ years of B2B partner marketing and multi-channel marketing experience.
-Experience with the Cloud IT market.
