Global news and media company is seeking an Enterprise Product Designer to join their internal product team for 40-hours/ week until the end of the year with potential to extend.

This role is remote, but ideally you will be willing to return onsite in Englewood, NJ 2-3 times/week once they have a return to office plan (not required).

This team specializes in developing browser-based tools for internal use, such as monitoring dashboards and DAMs. This role does not involve consumer-facing products or mobile UIs. This internal product team creates workflows to support the QC team. The QC team makes sure that when you see an episode on your phone (or TV, etc) youre getting the right version of it for the platform youre using. This internal product team works with editors, video editors, etc. designing different workflows. This candidate will understand the workflow, what the users do, and ability to simplify the workflow.

Enterprise Product Designer Must :
- Have experience designing flows and interface for enterprise tools
- Have worked within a design system, and has a proven ability to understand complex workflows and
translate them into simple, user-friendly UIs
- Be an effective communicator (written, verbal, and
interpersonal), and an active and willing collaborator
- Excel in fluid environment where things change quickly

Enterprise Product Designer Responsibilities:
- Design dashboards, workflows, and UIs for internal platforms/ products using WELL DEFINED design system
- Produce discovery documentation, user flows, sketches, wireframes, hi-fi mocks, prototypes, and presentation slides
- Actively participate in group critiques, giving and receiving feedback, and refining designs
- Present design solutions to stakeholders for feedback and buy-in
- Collaborate with team members to identify and develop reusable design components
- Collaborate with team and stakeholders to quality control UX/UI across internal products

Enterprise Product Designer Requirements:
- 4+ years professional experience as a UX/UI designer with experience working on enterprise products, ideally for internal use
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries, especially Material Design
- Ability to understand complex technical and project details, and communicate them simply to non-technical audiences
- Hands-on expertise in Sketch, Marvel or Abstract
- Excellent communication skills, initiative, and attention-to-detail
