Creative Services Coordinator

Our client, a world-famous jewelry brand, is seeking a Creative Services coordinator to join their team for 40-hours./ week until the end of the year.

This role is onsite in Manhattan and a computer with be provided

- Work closely with content production team for overall project organization
- Setting up vendors for billing and filing, tracking, coding of invoices
- Ensuring payment of invoices in a timely manner
- Work with cross-functional teams for , budget recaps and budget tracking
- Working smart to keep shoot schedules tight and meet deadlines
- Assist in the production of still and video shoots, including but not limited to sourcing call sheet contact information, coordinating COIs (as needed), and occasional liaisons with vendors (catering, studio, etc.).
- Support on-set when needed and service any talent and production needs that may arise.
- Assist in providing budget recaps as needed, and trafficking all invoices in a timely manner.
- Potential Responsibility: Assist in acquiring image/photographer/estate licensing on a case by case basis

- 1-2+ years of experience
- Understanding of the creative process ideal
- A team collaborator, self-starter, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment working on many projects at once.
