Our cutting-edge agency client is looking for a conference and event manager / lead to head up all of their conference efforts. This is a full-time, direct-hire position in downtown Seattle with quite a bit of travel.

In this role, you will oversee several event tracks and the managers of those tracks. You will set the overall event / conference tone and strategy and will lead the charge to rework their existing booth.

The ideal conference and event manager / lead will:
- have 10+ years of event management / trade show experience
- have 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role
- have experience researching the appropriate events to attend
- be a strong negotiator and a people-person
- be able to travel ~50% of the time, domestically and internationally
