Marketing Specialist with Design Skills, Real Estate

Our client, a well known commercial real estate firm, is currently seeking a Freelance Marketing Specialist with Design and PM skills to join their team for parental leave coverage.

This will be a full remote, 40hr/week opportunity starting as soon as possible after onboarding process. Hours will be 9-6pm EST with a 1 hour lunch break.

Marketing Designer Responsibilities:
- Join and work very closely with a small remote team focusing on new business presentations and marketing proposals
- Responsible for the execution of business development strategies, messaging, content creation, and deliverable design oversight
- Pitch and proposal writing, development and execution, and interfacing with brokers to understand requirements and approach
- Ultimately accountable for providing an exceptional level of marketing support and expertise. This role calls for excellent writing and proofreading abilities as well
- Work on PowerPoint Presentations and Proposals using InDesign for business development and growth marketing
- Work on a high volume of projects, sometimes under tight deadlines, customizing proposals and could include mapping / plotting floor plans and properties
- Additional projects could include designing assets and marketing information such as mock ups, flyers, emails, brochures and one-sheets related to properties that could include simple maps (digital and print)

Marketing Designer Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working within marketing, ideally with a corporate or real estate background
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign), comfortable handling production design work following and working within guidelines
- Experience with PowerPoint presentation work and templates
- Ability to work with marketing teams as needed to gather insights and materials for marketing assets
- Must be able to project manage your work load and priorities
- Must be excellent with time management, and able to churn out work quickly and efficiently in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, thoughtful and resourceful with ability to prioritize work
