Digital Account Director (NY or LA)

Our client, a media agency, is looking for a full-time Senior Digital Account Manager to join their NY or LA team! This will be a hybrid role, so you should have the ability to work 2-3 days onsite in either their LA or NYC office.

*90% of this role will be influencer marketing / working with influencer campaigns, so that will be a requirement for this position!*

The Digital Account Director will:
-manage day-to-day client relationships, and create / publish reports to teams
-manage relationships with influencers, talent, and vendors to ensure projects are executed on time and within scope
-lead client status calls, and internal project meetings
-oversee budget management, and communicate updates to clients
-participate in brainstorming sessions and RFP's, and mentor / coach junior team members

The Digital Account Director has:
-5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, and agency background
-proven experience working with brands in the consumer space, and ability to establish goals / priorities and manage a changing workload
-deadline-oriented mindset, and strong interpersonal skills
-strong written / oral communication, and ability to be extremely client-facing
