Our client, a tech-based gifting marketplace and integrated platform for sourcing, storing, managing and delivering swag, is seeking a Product Marketing Manager with strong writing skills and a creative eye to join their team for ongoing freelance work (40 hours / week), with the possibility to convert to a full time position.

**Please note: this is a fully remote position! You will need to work off of your own equipment!**

The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

- Crafting sales and marketing collateral including messaging guides, pitch decks, sell-sheets, sales trainings, competitor battle cards, analyst report summaries, buyer-persona briefs, product videos, demo scripts, case studies, etc.
- Developing marketing campaigns for 2 core products (with multiple activities per quarter) and packages for different use cases (3-4) under the 2 core products
- Supporting campaigns around launching new vendors on the client's platform or highlighting new integrations
- Producing copy and content for product-related campaigns, creating assets mentioned above
- Developing and maintaining a library of sales readiness kits and providing training on their use
- Developing product marketing campaigns for social, digital, email and print
- Building relationships and maintaining a database of industry analysts and thought leaders
- Conducting and documenting research of our users, target buyers, and industry
- Understanding best practices across all social media channels (especially Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram), including how content must vary to accommodate different social platforms' limitations
- Initiating internal and external campaigns focused on launching new products and capabilities
- Meeting or exceeding KPIs that are specific to each campaign (SQLs, Expansion opportunities, product adoption, etc.)
- Reporting on campaign performance, understanding the metrics and how to create improvement


The Product Marketing Manager must:

- Have at least 3 years of product management experience
- Previous experience working for marketing agencies, promotional agencies, eCommerce brands, or SaaS start-ups is required
- Be proficient in Salesforce
- Have extremely strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
- Be able to create messages simplifying complex topics
- Have proven experience bringing products to market, creating packaged solutions, and developing collateral
- Have a strong creative design / the ability to understand design
- Be able to solicit support, engagement, and adoption of processes from sales and R&D
- Experience with design, video, and project management tools is a plus
- Be adaptable in working with new technologies / platform tools as needed
- Be friendly, curious and inquisitive
- Be able to push an agenda and get stakeholder buy in
- Be able to take feedback from the CMO and make revisions as needed
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with limited hand-holding
