Our client is the Consumer Insights team of a major tech company seeking a Social Listener for a 40 hours/week, 3-month contract with extension. This is a hybrid role with 3 days/week onsite in an office located in either NYC, northern NJ, Dallas, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Seattle. Vaccination is required by the client. Conversion to full-time is possible.

The Social Listener will:
- Identify consumer and shopper insights using digital / social data
- Use social listening tools to generate own queries, data analytics and reporting
- Create PPT presentations based on findings

The Social Listener must have:
- At least 3 years of experience in digital and social analytics
- Hands-on experience using a research and data analytics tool for social listening, such as Brandwatch, Crimson Hexagon, Sprinklr,etc.
- Bachelor's degree
