Our social media giant client seeks a Marketing Manager to join their team in this 8 month freelance role!

This role will be 100% remote, but you must be based in the following approved location(s):
New York, NY

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Create marketing content and educational materials to support businesses in their use of the platform to help them drive sales during editorial, seasonal and cultural shopping moments
- Develop pitch decks and inspiring case studies to aid in the growth and demand for solutions such as drops
- Partner with product marketing and research teams to uncover data and unlock new insights to inform best practices for businesses. Create creative considerations to increase the content quality for businesses with a shop
- Create distribution strategies to scale information to more businesses; define KPIs to measure and report on optimizations and results
- Work with cross-functional teams to unlock new and innovative touchpoints to reach business audience segments at scale and measure impact, and to ensure approach ladders up to company-wide messaging and goals
- Develop messaging for ecommerce tools that help define how these products work together in support of business objectives.
- Write the go-to-market plans, briefs, decks, blog posts and enablement content for businesses. Scale this content across digital surfaces, social media, webinars/eLearning, events and more.
- Up-level creative output as an evangelist of the brand
- Build strong, collaborative working relationships with cross-functional teams to rally alignment, align goals, gain approvals and advocate for the company. Lead brainstorms and working sessions with internal teams. Consolidate inputs to bring the vision to life in market
- Audit existing materials and collateral to determine where there are gaps to fill

The ideal Marketing Manager should possess the following:
- 8+ years experience required
- Strong knowledge of the retail and ecommerce space in order to craft inspiring strategies that educate businesses to successfully use tools
- Must have experience developing data-backed marketing collateral, case studies, webinars, partnerships, and engaging social and video content with a high creative bar
