Full-Time Web Product Manager

Our client, a global financial services company, is looking for a full-time Web Product Manager to join their Digital Public Channel team, hybrid (remote Mondays and Fridays) in NYC!

They are investing heavily in digital and technology infrastructure to transform how they engage their customers and their public site is the #1 most trafficked financial services site in the U.S. so there is huge scale and breadth! The ideal candidate must love product and digital plus the company going through a transformation so its an exciting opportunity to influence strategy and delivery.

Top Must-Have Qualifications:
1. Product experience, specifically unauthenticated web product management experience (public site vs. a secure/private site)
2. Cultural fit: proactive, invested in the team and willing to collaborate w/ other teams
3. An understanding of SEO and how to think about rank etc. is helpful
4. Financial services experience is not required but rather strong agile digital experience

About the Team:
The broader Channels team (composed of several Product VPs and Product Associates) is going through a lot of transformation the culture is currently a little scrappy and entrepreneurial. Being a team player is key, as its important to value internal customers as much as external customers.

Other Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years experience related to web product development (agile experience ideally)
Analytical with a focus on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Experience with software development methodologies (SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Bachelors degree
Experience with bringing together cross functional teams and leading execution in an agile delivery model
Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and calmness under intense pressure

Day-to-Day:
Serve as a cross-functional leader to collaborate with business, design, engineering and marketing teams to drive innovative experiences for business customers
Own the product strategy and roadmap that delivers desired business results as measured by your Objectives & Key Results (OKRs)
Intake, maintain, and prioritize a backlog of project work from a wide range of sources, to efficiently deliver for the channel
Work with existing vendors; perform new vendor analysis (e.g., proof of concepts), on-boarding process, managing relationships, negotiations, and managing product integration requirements
Track and manage metrics and financial planning ensuring that products deliver on time and on budget
Maintain, evolve, and communicate best practices and lessons learned and apply learning to improve process and delivery of marketing solutions
