Our client, a conversational AI company that is creating digital experiences, is seeking a Content Producer / Writer with strong experience strategizing and writing short-form campaign content to join their team for ongoing freelance work (40 hours / week).

**Please note: this is a fully remote position! You will need to work off of your own equipment!**

The Content Producer / Writer will:

- Write content for all aspects of digital marketing campaigns
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop a cohesive campaign content package
- Write punchy / witty but approachable headlines, email copy, infographics, personas, CTAs, landing pages and social posts (sometimes with paid work to accompany)
- Create content pieces that fuel the demand generation engine in all measurable KPIs like open rates, click through, and pipeline creation and acceleration
- Use your experience creating campaign content to make recommendations on best practices
- Understand reporting practices and terminology (click through rates, open rates, etc.) and be able to utilize this data to inform your process
- Ensure all content follows the client's messaging and brand tone
- Test and measure content types to elevate the overall content
- Create content that speaks to target audiences, provides value, and converts
- Incorporate SEO (where appropriate) into content creation
- Leverage results data to continually improve content



The Content Producer / Writer must:

- Have at least 5 years of copywriting experience
- Have a portfolio that showcases primarily short-form, hands on campaign work as well as the KPIs that show the impact of your copy
- Previous agency experience is preferred but not required
- Experience with Smart Sheets (or similar project management tool) required
- Be proficient in the Google Suite
- Familiarity with WordPress is a plus
- Experience working in Surfer SEO is a plus but not required
- Have excellent grammar and writing skills in copywriting and/or digital marketing
- Understand the nuances of social media platforms and how to write for each (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Know what it takes to get prospects and customers to open emails
- Have strong attention to detail
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit
- Be great at multitasking
- High-level understanding of SEO
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to take next steps to move a project along
- Be able to work autonomously with limited hand-holding
- Have excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
- Be highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment on tight deadlines
