Our client, a fully integrated digital marketing agency based on Long Island, is looking for an experienced SEM Specialist with proven client facing experience to join their team!

**Please note - this is a fully remote position! A laptop will be provided to you!**You need to live in NY, NJ, CT, MA, NH or WA for tax / payroll purposes!**


The SEM Specialist will:

- Be responsible for account strategy, development, implementation, and management for 5 or more clients at one time
- Build meaningful relationships with clients senior leadership
- Direct top-to-bottom management of Tier 1 clients from Day 1, including strategic development, campaign implementation, optimization, reporting & client correspondence
- Assist the VP of Paid Search in supervising the internal team & developing overall channel strategy to deploy across full client roster
- Assist in the proposal and presentation of new business pitches to C-level teams for high-profile prospects
- Identify untapped product opportunities and markets for further business development and client account growth, working closely with management to develop new paid search initiatives for clients
- Seek out additional services that the agency can provide to clients to drive agency & client growth
- Deliver A+ work, on time, that is strategically rooted, consistent, polished and creatively driven to produce measurable and profitable results for all clients


The SEM Specialist must:

- Have at least 5 years of experience in a paid search-centric role
- Have at least 5 years of client-facing experience, serving in Team Lead role where you managed and mentored team members of all experience levels
- Have a Bachelors Degree
- Previous agency experience is preferred
- Have direct experience managing paid search budgets upwards of $1M+ annually
- Have expert-level knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads & Google Analytics platforms
- Have expert-level knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel including advanced functions & reporting tools
- Have working knowledge of Google Display, Discovery & Paid YouTube campaigns
- Be a self-starter who is passionate about digital marketing
- Be comfortable independently handling all aspects of client & account management
- Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be highly adaptable and able to work with minimal supervision in a deadline driven environment
- Be willing to create a strategy and execute it - willing to "roll up your sleeves" and do the work
- See the big picture but also not miss the details
- Be comfortable working outside of a standard "9-5 job", willing to go to extra mile for clients to help them see results
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Have time management and multitasking abilities
- Be highly creative with problem-solving aptitude
- Be able to see projects through from inception to production
- Be able to work on multiple projects at one time with limited handholding
