Our client, a non profit with a goal of advancing women in the workplace, is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team for 4-6 months starting as soon as identified.

As the Project Coordinator, you will be working within the Learning and Advisory Services department under the Vice President managing the life cycles of client partnerships projects.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for:
- providing support and tracking client programming metrics and records in Salesforce
- supporting the implementation of workshop programming if needed
- streamline internal processes to gather necessary market ready content such as presentation decks, workbooks, social and web content, program sales materials, and more
- working with the team to ensure that all external communications about offerings within the Learning and Advisory Services department is aligned across channels

- 3+ years of project management, account management, or development experience ideally in a non profit setting
- able to work in Salesforce and Asana
- great communication skills both internally and externally
- a creative thinker who can bring new ideas to the table
- strong organizational skills while managing several projects at once

It would be nice if you had:
- Adobe Creative Suite skills
