Our client, a full-service in-house advertising agency serving a well-known electronics brand, is looking to hire a full-time, customer facing Marketing Manager to focus on digital channels. This is a hybrid role onsite a couple of days a week in Northern NJ (commutable by public transportation).

The channels are just the different types of retailers. They have National, Regional, and online/club. This role would be assisting regionals, which consist of small chains, independents and buying groups.

The Digital Marketing Manager will focus on the companys home appliance category; products include: Laundry, Kitchen (Refrigerators, Ranges, Microwaves, and Dishwashers), vacuums, air purifiers, dehumidifiers, etc.

The work will consist of managing timelines and working with internal teams to handle requests for asset gathering, creative needs, and most importantly PowerPoint slides. The mission of this role is to help the sales channel grow revenue and drive efficiencies by enabling data-driven decision making.

With support from leadership this role will be responsible for developing best practices and working with senior stakeholders to drive insight and suggest improvements. The ideal candidate possesses a unique skill set that combines strong relationship building and understanding of the retail environment. While website and digital activities are a priority, collaboration across business units with other key stakeholders to drive synergy with marketing activities across the brand is an absolute must.

Digital Marketing Manager Duties:
Management of retailer.com digital marketing projects from initiation to completion
Oversight of content development for retail digital marketing including working with internal creative teams on production/asset development and copy-writing on multiple/simultaneous projects
To drive sales on retailer.com, collaborate with Channel Marketing, internal digital marketing teams and 3rd party partners on retailer brand support, which includes but not limited to: brand store page development/ maintenance, retailer educational pages, social content, and Product Detail Page updates
Effectively manage timelines/schedules including: creating internal briefs, outlining goals, defining scopes, sending deliverables, managing required resources and staying within budget
Define and align best in-class marketing asset KPIs to optimize all retail channels
Understanding of retail promotion calendar and providing deliverables in a timely manner
Define and create customized dashboards to report on KPIs using Excel and PowerPoint

Digital Marketing Manager Skills/Qualifications:
Digital marketing experience preferred (at least 2-3 years)
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
Solution-oriented person who takes the initiative to provide and/or identifies answers to issues
Understanding of digital environment: Digital advertising, Search, .com
Knowledge of Digital Asset Library, Syndigo, Bazaarvoice and Edge by Essential (aka Clavis) a plus
