Our client, a leading media / advertising agency, is looking for a freelance Director of Global Corporate Communications to join their team (ideally in a temp to perm capacity). This role will be 40 hours per week, ideally hybrid (part-time remote, part-time onsite) and client estimates 2-3 months of freelance before going full-time.
The Director of Global Corporate Communications will:
-support the Chief Communications Officer with strategic planning, executive messaging, and brand reputation
-develop social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram for their corporate entity
-conduct media relations including pitching, coordinating interviews, press releases, etc.
-collaborate with comms team to manage speaking opportunities, and manage sponsorship / partnership opportunities
The Director of Global Corporate Communications has:
-5-7 years of experience in marketing, PR, communications, etc. and some agency experience
-experience building / fostering press relationships
-social media experience
-strong writing sills, and ability to manage multiple projects at once
