Our client, a children's non-profit, is looking for a full-time Customer Success Manager to join their NY team! You should be passionate about working with kids, and enriching the lives of children.

The Customer Success Manager will:
-lead a team dedicated to delivering an excellent customer experience, and demonstrate a strong understanding of their target audience
-ensure delivery of high-quality engagements throughout customer lifecycle, and cultivate strategies to encourage retention / build long-term relationships (gifting, surprises, B2C experiences, etc.)
-guide customers through registration process, and share information about program offerings
-develop methods to solicit feedback (focus groups, surveys, calls, testimonials, etc.)

The Customer Success Manager has:
-3-5 years of experience in communications, customer success, or content marketing
-ability to manage / train junior team members
-strong interpersonal skills, and high level of organization
-experience working in a CRM
